Can I get actual money by trading in games at gamestop?

Not store credit, actual money and if so what are the rates? Can I get actual money by trading in games at gamestop?
Sorry, but I can't give credit. Come back when we're a bit more, mmmmmmmm, older (no, only credit)
You have to be 18 and have a valid I.D, Gamestop makes 60% profit normally on what they buy, so you might get 40%(with power up pro card) on your game, otherwise they get 70% profit and you get 30%Can I get actual money by trading in games at gamestop?
no you can't (that sucks). But if it did i would trade in ever game i had!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
no they normally just give you in store credit to other stuff lol ive tried itCan I get actual money by trading in games at gamestop?
yes you can but if you trade in old games you probably wont get about 5 bucks for each one lol and im talking like 2005 or 2006 old

relatively new ones go for around 20 dollars and new ones around 40
Yes you can, but you get 20% less than the trade in value and you don't get any of the trade in bonuses. You do, however, get your power up card bonus if you have one. Laws vary by state as to what ID you need and age to trade in, so call your local store and see what you would need to bring.
If they choose to buy the game from you as a used game, then yeah, you will get a few bucks for it. But it will be pennies on the dollar for what you paid for the game new. It's like trading a car in at a dealership or selling jewelry at a jeweler or pawnshop.
Yes Just Ask for Money instead of credit. But They Downgrade The Price To a $60 game to a $20 game and you get the $20 :(
You can, but you'll get about 20% less than you would store credit (which usually isn't much itself) and none of the trade-in bonuses apply to cash trades, including the Powerup Rewards Pro 10% bonus.

In other words, it's really not worth it.
You can indeed gain true money, although you will get a much smaller amount than you would if you submitted to store credit. The rates depend on the merchandise, but I would estimate somewhere between 30 and five percent of the original price. On average, I would say ten. It's a lot better if you just sell them to friends I've found.
