How do people make money selling video games on Amazon?

I saw a Brand New FIFA 12 game being sold on Amazon earlier today for 45 dollars. The game just came out last week. My question is, where do people get games like this for so cheap? Or are they selling these games and not making any profit?

In addition to what the first answer said, there's also the possibility of them buying with an employee discount, and then reselling them to make a profit. I wouldn't recommend that though, because I'm pretty sure any employers would have a rule against buying for others, or reselling for a profit, and if they're caught, there goes their job.

Get to know people who work at a gamestop, or can get games for cheap because of employee discounts. You can always also sign up for customer loyalty programs, that will earn you points on purchases, discounts, etc.

EDIT: One other possibility, is that someone getting said game, decided they didn't want it, or say it was a kid using their parent's stolen credit card to order it, and the parents find out. They either couldn't refund it, or didn't think of trying to refund it, and so decided to try to sell it on Amazon for the best price they could get.How do people make money selling video games on Amazon?
they could get it over seas which costs not much sometimes or they might buy it in bulk then re sell it
