How do i beta test games for money?

I am a 14 year old kid that loves to play video games. I want to actually do something with my 4 hours or so on the xbox, so are there any beta testing opportunities that i can join that will pay me?How do i beta test games for money?
Going to need an inside person to get that job for you. I had the opportunity to do it, but declined due to some family issues. I later attempted to go back, but they told me too many people are on the list. So you'll need somebody that is actually in that field.
