I have written a few E-Mails to Yahoo Games....with no luck...
I find it a bit discomforting that there are 168 people who have had to ask this question......
They say I was only charged once, I have a credit card bill and I was charged twice!
Did anyone have any luck getting another game or their money
credited back to their credit card?Anyone have any luck getting a game or money back from Yahoo Games ?
The best way is to call the number on your credit card statement. Then you can actually talk to someone on the phone (who seems to be good natured, unlike any help (IF you get any) that you get from emailing Yahoo.)
It's always better to buy games from sites who aren't as new to game download sales as Yahoo. Like Game Socks. Or Big Fish Games.
