I own Battlefield 2 on a cd. But my cd drive is broken. Is there anyway i can get it off of steam without paying again?

Unfortunately not, they would say you have no real proof you own the game and therefore would not be able to receive the game for free.

What you need to do is to "activate" your CD games in steam. As long as you have a valid key, this is a painless process. However, from what I understand, not all games are supported by Steam, so it might be hit or miss. Generally, if Steam sells it, you can activate it.
