When I trade in games to EB Games, do I get money back?

I don't want any credit on any of their items at their store because I want to spend the money on a fitness program. I checked their website and all I seen was trade-in offers for discounts/ games, but can I just get cash instead of discounts/games because that's what I really need.When I trade in games to EB Games, do I get money back?
you can get cash, but you get 10% less than the credit you would earn.
