I was returning games for money at gamestop and they charge a refurbish fee without telling me?

all of games together with a edge card gave 28 dollars, the refurbish fee reduced it 24, wtf is that refurbish doing there, i didn't notice till i got home. now i know gamestop is cheap, i shop there all the time. but did they just got cheapper on me!I was returning games for money at gamestop and they charge a refurbish fee without telling me?
Call them and let them know that they have now lost a customer due to the unscrupulous business act. Explain what that act is. Let them know that ANY and ALL refurbishing duties that they deem necessary should be absorbed in the cost of doing business. There are MANY other gaming places out there who are begging you to be a customer.



If they apologize, ask them, "What are going to do to keep me as a customer?"
