Do the referees decide who wins the games (prolonging games to game 7 for more money)?

Are the games fixed to go to game 7 for more money because of the referees calls.

I ask this because guys outside of apartment working on roof say the game was fixed to go to game 7. Some seem to take on this belief. They say the calls of ref's had to do with Lakers win.

Is it true or just luck they made it to game 7?

Does the players decide the game or the ref's?

Is it any way set up to work out a certain way?Do the referees decide who wins the games (prolonging games to game 7 for more money)?
I can't stand basketball because I find it to be as exciting as watching paint dry.

However I tuned in in the third quarter of last night's game to remind myself why I can't stand the NBA game.

From where I'm sitting it looked liked the fix was in and the Celtics were deliberately missing shots so that the NBA could get a Game 7
Whoever plays better wins games

The only reason the Boston Celdiicks won 3 games is because refs helped them. Lakers did it by themselvesDo the referees decide who wins the games (prolonging games to game 7 for more money)?
Any conspiracy theory will have a few idiots who believe in it. The fact is that there have been exactly 2 NBA finals go to the full seven games in the past 20 years. Baseball has had 5 World Series go 7 games in the same time period. If the NBA has been rigging the finals to make sure it goes 7 games, they've done a really poor job of it.
well we already saw what happened last year or so when a ref got busted for fixing a game for another team .Do the referees decide who wins the games (prolonging games to game 7 for more money)?
No. But the refs are only human and can get caught up in making a home town call which is why the visiting team usually has more fouls called against them..
its possible because you have to remember pro sports are a business before anything else. Meaning profit is the main goal. I do think pro sports are somewhat controlled yet i still watch them.
